Will I get a warranty if the product box or invoice is lost?

Sorry, it is mandatory to keep the original box and invoice of the product for warranty or return. Without these, it will not be possible to claim the warranty.

Almost all the products we have in stock are 100% original. However, if there are some copy products, we clearly mention it in the description.

Delivery charge inside Dhaka City is  70 BDT and outside Dhaka is 150 BDT.

Yes, we have the cash on delivery facility here. However, depending on the product and stock, we sometimes charge delivery charges in advance outside Dhaka.

Of course. If there is a technical problem with the product, we will replace it.

Yes, when taking delivery, you must open and check the parcel. If there is any defect, do not accept it. In case of later scratch or broken complaint, refund will not be accepted.

We currently operate without a showroom. Customers who wish to view products in person are welcome to visit our warehouse after contacting our support team for assistance.
