Will I get a warranty if the product box or invoice is lost?
Sorry, it is mandatory to keep the original box and invoice of the product for warranty or return. Without these, it will not be possible to claim the warranty.
Are all your products genuine?
Almost all the products we have in stock are 100% original. However, if there are some copy products, we clearly mention it in the description.
How much is the delivery charge?
Can I order via cash on delivery?
Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Bangladesh. You can pay the delivery person in cash when your order is delivered.
Can I change the product if there is a problem?
Of course. If there is a technical problem with the product, we will replace it.
Can I open and check the parcel after it is delivered?
Yes, when taking delivery, you must open and check the parcel. If there is any defect, do not accept it. In case of later scratch or broken complaint, refund will not be accepted.
Do you have a physical store?
We currently operate without a showroom. Customers who wish to view products in person are welcome to visit our warehouse after contacting our support team for assistance.
